Hand squeezed juices, premium liquors, our cocktails are nothing short of refreshingly spectacular. Local juices, local beer, hand-picked wines, and fresh hibiscus tea also adorn our menu.
Chef Amaro Rivera became a chef in 2000, working at several renowned Puerto Rican restaurants. In 2017 he moved to St. John and became the chef for Lime Inn. His creation of the tacos on Lime Out showcase his ability to create a variety of spectacular menus.
