the OPENING
Lime Out opened on March 12, 2019 in Hansen Bay on the gorgeous East End of Saint John. Now our sweet, green, Caribbean-style cottage on pontoons serves delicious fresh tacos and thoughtful creative cocktails to the adventurers who come to see us at our new location in Coral Bay Harbor!
Lime Out was created to fill a void in USVI marine tourism and we are thrilled everyday to be keeping business in the USVI, providing a lunch destination for those choosing to enjoy our local waters.
Created + built by owners Richard Baranowski, Dylan Buchalter + Dane Tarr, Lime Out really was a labor of love.
Built in Coral Bay, the taco boat is 39 ft feet long with access to our floating bar and large lily pads to enjoy your cocktails + tacos!
